Walkup Vendor Information

Union County Farmers Market takes vendors on a walkup basis based on availability.  Priority is always given to farmers and agricultural-related vendors.  Walkup vendors must adhere to all the same Market Policies and local/state/federal licensing requirements as RSVP vendors.  To be a walkup vendor on Saturday, please sign in at the Farmers Market office by 6:30am.    To be a walkup vendor on Tuesday, please sign in at the office by 1:30pm.  The booth fee is $15 on Saturday and $10 on Tuesday.

Union County will be accepting applications for the position of Communication Officer to work at the E-911 Center. Georgia Basic Communications Officer Certification is preferred but not required to apply. Applicants must be able to work 12 hour shifts including nights and weekends as required. Applications are available 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday at the Union County E-911 Center at 76 Hunt Martin St Suite D Blairsville, GA 30512. Contact number 706-439-6056. This position is open until filled. Successful applicant must be able to pass a background investigation, drug/alcohol test, and a pre-employment assessment.
