Notice of Public Hearing and Special Called Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Union County Courthouse, 65 Courthouse Street, Blairsville, Georgia

The purpose of this hearing will be for Union County to provide information and answer questions regarding transferring surplus property to the Union County Development Authority. This is the property on Young Harris Street in the City of Blairsville referred to as the Old Fort Sorghum Property. Please send your comments via regular mail or to the email address listed on our website at www.unioncountyga.gov.

NOTICE OF CALLED MEETING

There will be a CALLED MEETING of the Union County Commission on Friday, December 27, 2019
at 4:30 p.m. located at 65 Courthouse Street, Blairsville, Georgia in Courtroom A. The purpose of this meeting will be to approve a Resolution to adopt the 2020 Budget and to approve a Resolution to transfer the Old Fort Sorghum Property to the Union County Development Authority .
