The Board of Elections is responsible to prepare all election materials, including the certification of qualified individuals, ballot preparation and the actual conduction of elections and certification of results.
The Board of Registrars is responsible for the safekeeping of all registration records for Union County. This includes adding new voters; removing deceased voters, felons, etc; entering voter history; and working with the office of the Secretary of State on a daily basis to verify voter eligibility. We also are responsible for all early and absentee voting.

While we encourage everyone to stay safe and vote by mail, early voting for the November 3rd General Election will be held on the lower level of the Courthouse. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED for the health and safety of our voters as well as the poll workers.
