2. T&T will be open to vendors to set up beginning at 6:30 each Friday. Each vendor must be packed and exited from the market by 2:00 pm.

7. Each vendor should bring their own vending money to make change for their customers.
8. All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner in dealing with customers and other vendors. No “hawking” of products, distraction of customers from another vendor’s booth, or disparaging remarks about another vendor’s goods will be tolerated. Vendors shall not participate in arguments or make threatening remarks toward other vendors or customers. Vendors will not be allowed to solicit for political or religious purposes.
9. No pets are allowed under the buildings of the Farmers Market.
10. No smoking is allowed under the buildings of the Farmers Market.
11. Electricity is supplied at every other booth in buildings A & B. Electricity is supplied at each booth in building C.
12. Items allowed for sale include gently used items from one’s household, flea market items, antiques, and crafts. Items which cannot be sold include any food items (i.e. produce, jams and jellies, canned goods, baked goods etc).  Plants may be sold but require a live plant license from the Georgia Dept. of Agriculture to be displayed at all times.
13. Any long firearms presented for sale must be zip tied through the breech and must be unloaded. Pistol sales are not allowed.
14. Non-profits may sell food items, crafts and yard sale items at T&T. The non-profit organization should call the Market Manager at 706-439-6043 or email the Farmers Market at farmersmarket@uniongov.com to reserve a stall for a particular date.
15. The Union County Farmers Market is not responsible for items stolen or damaged by individuals coming to T&T.
